Our final field trip was a fun, outdoor experience at Oak Hammock Marsh! There we got to go critter dipping in the marsh to discover different invertebrates and other critters, then we went on a walk to observe all the different plants and animals in the area, and lastly, we learned some fun Indigenous games! We had a fantastic day learning in nature!

Museum Field Trip
In May, we visited the Manitoba Museum to learn more about Light and do some exploring of the science gallery. We got to see a light show in the Planetarium, build kaleidoscopes and learn all about reflection and then explore on our own in the science gallery. It was a really fun day and we sure learned a lot! Check out our slideshow!

Ms. Steven's Farewell Party
This is a very late post! We said goodbye to Ms. Stevens, our student teachers, at the end of April. We sent her off with a great celebration! We spent the afternoon having fun at the park and then sharing snacks in our classroom. We sure miss her and were lucky to have her in our class! Good luck Ms. Stevens!
